Hill, Goodrich & Co., Plainville, Conn., 8 day, time and strike, O.G. column shelf clock with and Ives' cast iron back plate brass movement, c1842
CONDITION:
Refinished mahogany veneered case with some minor damage on the case corners, the left corner of the door has a small piece missing as well as a couple chips. Original painted dial has age darkened a little with some minor loss at the mounting pins. Hands are original. Bottom tablet is original with background over painted with layer of white paint. Gilt columns and crest are in very nice condition for their age. Original weights. Clean label inside case. Ht 31"
